How do I start a claim?
Just complete the simple enquiry form on our website which is relevant to your claim type. There is no commitment at this stage and your data is safe with us. We will send you some forms to review and sign, and will request any other required information in order to begin processing your claim.
What types of claims do we handle?

Will I have any updates during my claim?
Yes, you will receive regular updates by email. You are also welcome to contact us at any time.
Why should I choose you?
We have vast experience in the claims sector and are unique in the claims types we pursue, often already having confirmed a balance is due.
Will my information be passed on to other companies?
Your information is safe with us; we do not sell or share data for commercial purposes. Your information will only be communicated to the companies involved in the claim.
Not Interested in Pursuing Your Claim?
No worries. You have options. You can choose to leave the claim, and the Local Authority will retain the funds. Alternatively, you can assign the claim to us. We’ll manage everything and, offer up to 60% of the claim value upfront. You can also direct your share of the claim to a charity of your choice.
